Many people in the world are sick and wish there was someone special
to take care of them, with the help of doctors and nurses etc , they take their time to take care of them and make their life the fullest. The career that i will become will be a Neonatal Nurse. A Neonatal nurse is a subspecialty nursing who works with newborn infants born with variety birth defects infections and surgical problems. I'm interested in becoming a nurse because not only do i like newborns but i also like helping them out, it hurts me seeing a lot of mothers and families go home with empty hands and not being able to bring their newborns home. Thats why i'll make sure families have that chance to go home happy.

Nursing has been around since 300 A.D it was the time the empire sought to built a hospital within every town under its own rule. Back then nurses were the same things as nuns. Later then they established Spanish hospitals in Spain, and Merida. During the 10th and 11th century, more hospitals began to develop and more nurses had to take their time to give sick and injured patients the attention they needed. Walt Whitman was not only a poet but he was also one of the most known nurse . Many people would prefer him to take care of him not only to cure but he was the most caring man they have ever known. He deticated his time to rural public health, he studied in New York St. Lukes hospital and became a professional nurse in 1910. He traveled to Boston, France and Washington D.C. and took part after the World War I.

Neonatal Nurses are required to complete Bachelors Science of Nursing. BSN programs are usually for students to complete their first two years non nursing requirements. In general education they must complete math and science including anatomy, microbiology, and physiology .  They are also required to have practice with children and patients . Health Care delivery are also required to be a nurse. To have your license registered nurses you must need to pass BSN which has to to with medicine , delivery and health maintenance . They are also programs to get you ready to be in the delivery room and caring for neonates. My goals to set this job is to pass all my classes in high school, take my basics in college and transfer into a college where they have that program you need. It will take apoxitmaetly 4 years to become the nurse i want to be which isn't that long and something i will enjoy doing.

Nurses usually take holidays and the weekends to work around the hospitals . They usually work 12 hours a day and take shifts day or night. So they're kind if busy the whole week. The income salary is 66,000.

The most challenging perks that i will overcome is the focus on school, the time i will get there based how far it will be and the weather changes, i will also be working which is kind of difficult on the timing because i also have to babysit and go to school and have time for myself.  The positive perks will be i will be doing something that i like to be and the income salary. There is many colleges that have many programs which are UIC, Northeastern University and many more.

Overall, this career is very important to me because i want to be the first one out of my family to be a nurse and the first one to have a career. This career will be a good one for me because like i said I've had experience babysitting my cousins, sisters and nieces and it will be a good fit for me when my cousins are expecting a baby i wanna be the one who will be there .
